Frank is a Journeyman Wireman out of the Local IBEW 175 and works with Allegiant Electric.
Frank is currently teaching 1st year apprentices at the JATC.
Freddie, Journeyman Wireman out of the Local IBEW 175, has been active in the electrical trade for 25 years working with contractors such as Combs Electric and NABCO Electric.
He has been teaching at the JATC for 16 years and is currently a 1st year apprentice instructor.
Kenny Young, a member of the Local IBEW 175, has been teaching at the JATC for ten years. He holds certifications in OSHA 500, Rigging, AMP ACT II, Digital Video Production, First Aid/CPR, Panduit Cabling, Carning Fiber, and 70E.
Kenny has been a Journeyman Wireman for 20 years and has continuously worked for Young Electric. Outside of working and teaching, Kenny is active in amateur radio contesting, target shooting, and golf.

Barry has been a member of the Local IBEW 175 since 1973. He started teaching OSHA and 1926 Construction Standard Safety classes in 2000, and began teaching our apprentices in 2008. Currently he teaches 2nd year at the JATC and is the Course Manager for Electrical Theory, Electronics and Industrial Safety at Chattanooga State Community College.
On top of being a Journeyman Wireman, Barry holds a B.S. in Business Management and he is a graduate of the IBEW/NECA NTI (2004). He is a certified trainer in NEPA 70E, OSHA10/30, Aerial/Scissor Lift, Hand Tool Safety, Forklift and Tugger Safety, Confined Spaces, Fall Protection, and Control of Hazardous Energy (LO/TO).
During his 42 years of experience, he has worked with several contractors including: Lawson Electric, ABC Electric, TVA, Duncan (White) Electric, Triad Electric, Allied Electric, and Cleveland Electric.
In Barry's spare time, he enjoys spending time with his Wife, Katy, their two daughters and four grandchildren. He also enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson (Heritage Softail Classic), reloading ammunition, and genealogy.
David is currently working at Adman and teaching 2nd year apprentices at the JATC.
Alex Bradford, 3rd Year Instructor
Alex is a journeyman wireman through the IBEW 175 and currently works for Young Electric.
Tim Fowler, Journeyman Wireman of the IBEW Local 175, has been a JATC instructor for 15 years. He is certified in OSHA 500, High Voltage Splicing, CAT 5 Data Terminations, First AID/CPR, and Fiber Optics.
Tim has been an experienced electrician for 33 years for electrical contractors such as CEC Electric, EC Teas, Lawson, and L.E. Meyers.
When he isn't at school, Tim loves motorcycle riding, deer hunting and camping.
Lonnie Stephenson has been working as a Journeyman Wireman for 15 years. He has been teaching for the JATC all 15 of those years along with working at Adman Electric. He holds many certifications including: 70E, NFRA, OSHA500/502, OSHA10/20, CPR/First Air, MSHA, and lightning protection installation.

Damon Berry, 4th Year Instructor
Damon has been in the electrical trade for 6 years with Lawson Electric, and was named the Apprentice of The Year in 2015. Damon received is Bachelors from the University of Tennessee in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Damon is also a veteran who has proudly served in the U.S. Air Force.
Damon likes spending his time off with his wife and four children.
Scott Moore, 5th Year Instructor
Scott has been in the electrical trade since 1996 after retiring from a 22 year service in the Army Reserves. He has been a 5th year instructor since 2014 and currently works with Mountain City Electric.
